1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Zim Digital Billboards ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform or purchase advertising services from us.

2. About the Platform

Zim Digital Billboards provides digital advertising services designed to connect businesses, products and services with customers across Zimbabwe.

Advertising services may include publication of advertisements through our digital billboard platform and, where specifically selected and paid for, optional social-media campaign services.

3. Advertiser Accounts

Advertisers must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities carried out through your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe that the account is being used unlawfully, fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

4. Advertising Packages

Available advertising packages, prices, durations and advertisement limits are displayed on the Platform and may be changed from time to time.

An advertisement is considered submitted once the required information and advertising material have been provided through the Platform.

Advertising publication may be subject to payment confirmation and approval by Zim Digital Billboards.

5. Advertisement Approval

We reserve the right to review advertisements before publication.

An advertisement may be rejected, suspended or removed if it violates these Terms, applicable law, intellectual-property rights, advertising standards or the interests of the Platform and its users.

Approval of an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement or verification of every claim made by the advertiser.

6. Advertiser Responsibility

Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and authenticity of the information contained in their advertisements.

Advertisers must ensure that they have all necessary rights, licences and permissions to use trademarks, photographs, videos, music, logos, text and other material submitted to the Platform.

7. Prohibited Content

Advertisements must not contain or promote unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory or harmful material.

We may reject or remove advertisements involving prohibited products, services, activities or content where we reasonably believe publication could violate applicable law or create risk for the Platform or the public.

8. Payments

Advertising services must be paid for according to the payment instructions displayed on the Platform.

Where payment verification is required, advertisers may be requested to provide a valid payment reference or other information necessary to confirm the transaction.

Advertising services do not become active solely because a payment reference has been submitted. Payment may need to be verified before the advertisement is activated.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the advertising package purchased, whether the service has already commenced, payment verification status and the reason for the request.

No refund is guaranteed unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Zim Digital Billboards.

10. Social Media Campaigns

Social-media advertising services may be available as optional services in addition to billboard advertising.

Social-media campaigns may involve platforms operated by independent third parties, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, YouTube and X/Twitter.

We cannot guarantee specific reach, impressions, engagement, followers, clicks, sales or other results from third-party social-media platforms.

11. Intellectual Property

Advertisers retain ownership of their original advertising material, subject to any rights granted to us to display and promote that material as part of the purchased advertising service.

The Platform's software, branding, design, logos, graphics, layout and other original materials remain the property of Zim Digital Billboards or their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without permission.

12. Removal of Advertisements

We may remove or suspend an advertisement without prior notice where necessary to comply with the law, protect users, respond to complaints, address technical problems or enforce these Terms.

13. Availability of the Platform

We aim to keep the Platform available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, internet failures, hosting issues, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zim Digital Billboards will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform or advertising services.

We are not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by advertisers, unlawful advertising content supplied by advertisers, third-party platform decisions, internet failures or events outside our reasonable control.

15. Third-Party Services

The Platform may rely on third-party services including hosting providers, authentication services, payment providers, social networks and other technology providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies and operational limitations. We are not responsible for independent decisions or failures of third-party services.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page and will apply from the date they are posted, subject to applicable law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in Zimbabwe, subject to any mandatory rights or protections provided to consumers by applicable law.
